This year marks Lakewood Country Club's centennial. To honor the special occasion, Squires & Company partnered with Lakewood to develop a commemorative coffee table book. Written by author Curt Sampson (The Masters and Hogan), the 176-page hard-bound book details the history of the club and its membership through the years in an informative yet entertaining manner.
In addition to the design and layout of the book, Squires & Company completed a comprehensive photo research effort to fill the pages with historical images, while also featuring new images of the club and golf course. The book was printed at Taylor Specialty Books in Dallas on Utopia 1X with a litho cover, spot UV varnish and foil stamps. It will be distributed to Lakewood members, and made available for sale in October.
