As Director of Business Development, Richard brings with him more than 15 years of business development and marketing management experience and a thorough understanding of sales and marketing organizations and practices. His experience has enabled him to help clients improve the process of identifying, targeting, acquiring and retaining profitable customers. While he is primarily charged with new business development, his core skill set includes marketing strategy, architecting and running large scale field sales/marketing programs and client services.
