Gaining a deep understanding of your company is paramount and the discovery phase of our process gives us the insights and background necessary to create compelling ideas. This time is all about acclimating ourselves to your objectives, personality, tone and audience. It also involves understanding what you and your competition are doing that is working–and what is not. Only when we’ve accumulated this bank of knowledge do we begin the creative process. In the discovery phase we will define scope and provide documentation in the form of schedules, creative briefs, and estimates.
