Approach
Inspired by the care and attention given to the development of a new skincare line, Squires&Co named the company Tend + Temple, representing the marriage of two seemingly dissimilar words that combined create an emotional and physical harmony that places value in the essential nature of greater wellness in one’s life through care of the body. The logo and brand visual language channel the meaning of the name and capture the company’s scientific approach to leveraging natural ingredients in the creation of skincare products.
The brand was further visualized through a series of packaging solutions for facial cleaner, moisturizer and an overnight mask. Squires&Co also art directed a photoshoot for the product launch.
Brand rollout campaigns and ongoing marketing strategy were created, to include influencer kits and social media strategy. Market and consumer research was conducted early in the process to inform naming, branding and rollout decisions.
A custom WordPress website with e-commerce functionality was designed and developed for Tend + Temple’s launch. The site featured custom photography featuring the product line and models, and detailed product information to inform consumer decision-making processes. Social media templates were also designed for ongoing use by the Tend + Temple team.
